Thrown Clay is a warm, reddish brown tonal with soft variation throughout the skein. Lighter and deeper tones sit side by side, giving the colour depth.
Dyed on our 75% Fine Merino Super wash / 20% Nylon / 5% Stellina Fingering, this base is soft, durable, and finished with a subtle sparkle.
Suggested Uses
• Socks with a rich, tonal look
• Simple earthy accessories
• Paired with brighter shades for some interesting colour work
Our Fine Merino Shimmer base is spun together with fine strands of Stellina for bling, super wash fine merino for softness, and nylon for some added strength. Stellina is a metallic fibre that adds a soft, smooth sparkle to yarn without being scratchy.
